Cranio sacral therapy facilitates a process that stimulates the body’s own capacity for self-repair which improves a person's physical, mental and emotional state of being. During treatment a skillful practitioner uses non-manipulative touch to release tension in the fascia, deep tissue, organs and central nervous system.

BCST is beneficial for treating a wide range of conditions and can bring about subtle and/or profound healing to a people of all ages; from newborn babies to seniors. It is a very fast growing therapy in western Canada yet so many people have not heard or experienced it.
